Upgrade

During the life-cycle of applications the owners key responsibility is to improve application functionality, apply the latest application releases and support the application. Upgrading either the hardware or database version is at the back of the queue when it comes to enhancing the overall platform. When it comes to software we have packages to upgrade either Sybase, Oracle or Microsoft platforms.

We have managed complex network, database, platforms and storage migrations between sites. Whilst challenging to move we also need to ensure the businesses are not impacted. This means engaging with all CIO’s, application owners and internal technology departments but most importantly the change advisory boards. All internal ticketing raised to ensure company wide approval.
